{"id":1002,"date":"2013-06-09T21:11:00","date_gmt":"2013-06-09T21:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/photo-dmjx.dk\/index.php\/2013\/06\/09\/ba-projects-at-copenhagen-photo-festival\/"},"modified":"2013-06-09T21:11:00","modified_gmt":"2013-06-09T21:11:00","slug":"ba-projects-at-copenhagen-photo-festival","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/photo.dmjx.dk\/index.php\/2013\/06\/09\/ba-projects-at-copenhagen-photo-festival\/","title":{"rendered":"BA projects at Copenhagen Photo Festival"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Friday the 7th was the official opening of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.copenhagenphotofestival.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Copenhagen Photo Festival<\/a> &#8211; the  festival offers a huge amount of exhibitions and lectures all over town  in the following weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Among the exhibitions is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.copenhagenphotofestival.com\/programme\/vernissage-personal-projects-2\/\" target=\"_blank\">8xPersonalProjects<\/a> in &Oslash;ksnehallen,  which opens next Friday on the 14th of June. Four out the eight projects  at this exhibition have been started at DMJX:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"662\" src=\"http:\/\/photo-dmjx.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/personalprojects.jpg\" width=\"992\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.madsnissen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mads Nissen<\/a> shows his project <a href=\"http:\/\/www.madsnissen.com\/amazonas\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Amazonas<\/em><\/a>, which he started in 2007, when he graduated from DMJX with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dmjx.dk\/uddannelser\/fotojournalistik\/showcases\/2012\/amazonas\" target=\"_blank\">this project<\/a>. Mads Nissen continued to work on the Amazonas project the following years and he&#8217;ll release a book by the same name at 4pm the same Friday as the exhibition opens.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sofieamalieklougart.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sofie Amalie Klougart<\/a> shows her project <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sofieamalieklougart.dk\/index.php?\/series\/swingers-\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Swingers<\/em><\/a>, which she started on World Press Photo Master Class while she was doing her 7th semester and she continued the project as her final BA-project this spring.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.angeldustphotography.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jeppe B&oslash;je Nielsen<\/a> exhibits his project <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dmjx.dk\/uddannelser\/fotojournalistik\/showcases\/2012\/lourdes\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Lourdes<\/em><\/a>, which is his final BA-project from this spring.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.peterhelles.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Peter Helles Eriksen<\/a> exhibtis his project <a href=\"http:\/\/www.peterhelles.dk\/2011\/supernormal\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Normal<\/em><\/a>, which he graduated with in 2011 and still is working on.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Friday the 7th was the official opening of the Copenhagen Photo Festival &#8211; the festival offers a huge amount of exhibitions and lectures all over town in the following weeks.
