(opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.photoawards.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">IPA &#8211; International Photography Awards.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1559\" height=\"1040\" src=\"https:\/\/photo.dmjx.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/1_DSF3630.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3335\"\/><figcaption><em>Andrei, 10, looks up without seeing. He was born blind. At the orphanage the most common diagnoses are autism, Down\u2019s syndrome and epilepsy. Most of the inhabitants at the orphanage were born with their disabilities and have grown up in the institution. The oldest is 40 years old, the youngest a newborn child.
