The winners of the Danish POY 2017<\/a> were announced at the award ceremony at the Royal Library in Copenhagen today.<\/p>\n

16 DMJX students were nominated for this year’s POY and as the winners were announced it turned out to be an extremely successful day for DMJX and our students; 10 DMJX-students won first prizes in 6 of the 12 categories. The other 6 students became runner-up in various categories.<\/p>\n

Janus Engel Rasmussen, graduated in June 2017.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Open Category<\/a> – for his final BA project made in the spring 2017.<\/p>\n

Laura Bisgaard Krogh, Marie Bentzon Sørensen and Olivia Loftlund, currently 4th term.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Short TV\/web Story<\/a> – for a video documentary made during their third term in the fall 2017.<\/p>\n

Morten Lau-Nielsen, currently 5th term<\/strong><\/p>\n

Danish Everyday Picture – Made during third term workshop “Youth in Europe”.<\/p>\n

Lasse Kofod, graduated in June 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n

Open Category – for his final BA project made in the spring 2017.<\/p>\n

Louise Herrche Serup, currently 5th term<\/strong><\/p>\n

Open Category – made during her internship at Politiken<\/p>\n

Anne Bæk and Morten Lau-Nielsen, currently 5th term<\/strong><\/p>\n

Long TV\/web story – for a video documentary made during their third term in the spring 2017.<\/p>\n

The result shows that 3 final BA-projects received first prizes and 1 BA-project was a runner-up. It also shows that the level of video documentaries made during third semester is extremely high; once again a group of third term students win in one of the TV\/web categories and another group became runner-up.<\/p>\n
