S\u00f8ren Pagter, who had been part of the festival jury, participated in the event and Mikkel H\u00f8rlyck won The Circle of Life Prize based on his long term story: J\u00f8rgen, a Mystery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1067\" src=\"https:\/\/photo.dmjx.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Vilnius04lille.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5533\"\/><figcaption><em>Mikkel H\u00f8rlyck won The Circle of Life Prize at Vilnius Photo Festival for his story: &#8220;J\u00f8rgen, a Mystery&#8221; Mikkel met his protagonist, J\u00f8rgen, during a second term assignment back in 2016 and continued to follow and photograph him till J\u00f8rgen&#8217;s death in 2021. Mikkel wasn&#8217;t able to participate in the Vilnius Photo Festival, so he sent a video saying thank you for the Circle of Life Prize. The aim of the exhibition is to give information to the Russian citizens who are in transit at Vilnius Railway Station. Due to a lack of time, a third DMJX video documentary, &#8220;A good day never returns badly&#8221; by Rune \u00d8e and Christian Falck Wolff wasn&#8217;t shown as planned.
