Image from the story Photo: Sahl Abdelrahman<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sahl Abdelrahman received The Ian Perry Photojournalism Grant based on his story about kids working in the agricultural sector in Fayoum, Egypt. Sahl started the project as his final project during the DEDI,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/dedi.org.eg\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Danish-Egyptian Dialogue Initiative<\/a>\u00a0and DMJX Photojournalism educational programme that ran in 2021 and 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alexandra Corcode received her grant based on a story about Susana and Victor Pu\u0219ca\u0219, an elderly couple living in a small village in Bistri\u021ba-N\u0103s\u0103ud county, Romania. Alexandra graduated the DMJX Photo 1 programme in the spring 2023.
