Only a few of the very big categories are left to be judged. During the night (Danish time) the important Documentary category was judged and the result was a DMJX-winner:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"499\" src=\"http:\/\/photo-dmjx.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/cpoy9.jpg\" width=\"746\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Picture from Michael Drost-Hansen&#8217;s story &#8220;Rohingya&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.michaeldrosthansen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Michael Drost-Hansen<\/a> won <a href=\"http:\/\/cpoy.org\/index.php?s=WinningImages&amp;yr=70&amp;c=310&amp;p=1.0\" target=\"_blank\">Gold<\/a> in the Documentary catregory for his story about the Rohingya muslims in Burma. More than 140,000 people are internal refugees in their own country due to discrimination by radical Buddhists.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Drost-Hansen did the story as his Visual Proejct during 8th term in the spring 2015.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"499\" src=\"http:\/\/photo-dmjx.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/cpoy10.jpg\" width=\"748\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Picture from Jen Tse story &#8220;Love Your Father&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/jentse.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jen Tse<\/a> won an <a href=\"http:\/\/cpoy.org\/index.php?s=WinningImages&amp;yr=70&amp;c=310&amp;p=4.2\" target=\"_blank\">Award of Excellence<\/a> also in the Documentary category for her final Diploma project about the people&#8217;s love and respect for their king in Thailand.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The judging of the still picture division of this year&#8217;s CPOY is heading for the end.
