{"id":786,"date":"2015-06-03T16:49:00","date_gmt":"2015-06-03T16:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/photo-dmjx.dk\/index.php\/2015\/06\/03\/ken-light-at-dmjx\/"},"modified":"2015-06-03T16:49:00","modified_gmt":"2015-06-03T16:49:00","slug":"ken-light-at-dmjx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/photo.dmjx.dk\/index.php\/2015\/06\/03\/ken-light-at-dmjx\/","title":{"rendered":"Ken Light at DMJX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This week <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kenlight.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ken Light,<\/a> photographer and professor at Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, has visited DMJX.<\/p>\n<p>During his visit Ken Light gave two lectures &#8211; one in the auditorium for all interested students and one exclusive lecture for our final year students.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"559\" src=\"http:\/\/photo-dmjx.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/KenLight1.jpg\" width=\"1040\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Ken Light (to the right) together with our final year students and their workshop teacher Anne Rohde (in the back).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>At his lecture for the final year students Ken Light showed his project &#8220;Texas Death Row&#8221; and the project about unequality in the US, which he&#8217;s working on right now.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ken Light also talked about using an analogue technique in a modern digital world and about how he gets his connections and funds his work.<\/p>\n<p>Ken Light&#8217;s lecture was a part of the final business workshop, which the final year students attend right now. A workshop set up by business consultant <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rohde-cc.com\/om\/anne-rohde.html\" target=\"_blank\">Anne Rohde<\/a>&nbsp;and where photographer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.andershansson.se\/\" target=\"_blank\">Anders Hansson<\/a> also has been lecturing.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"567\" src=\"http:\/\/photo-dmjx.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/BusinessGame.jpg\" width=\"851\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Roger Anis and Stefanie Moshammer palying the Business Game at the workshop with Anne Rohde.
