Yesterday, the jury of the Danish POY released the names of the nominated photographers from the Danish POY 2011. Former international student Nina Weymann-Schulz, Germany, has a five spread story in the January/February edition of the German magazine PROFIFOTO. The published story consists of vertical pictures from Chinatown in New York and it was made as a Visual Project while Nina was studying at DSMJ in the spring 2011. »
Second term student Simon Bruun Fals have won the overall prize at Mimosa’s 100 years anniversery photo competition. The prize was a Fuji FinePix X100 camera. »
