Emilie Toldam Futtrup has won Kravlingprisen

Graduate student Emilie Toldam Futtrup has won Kravlingprisen with her project Trusting the Eyes of Others.

Emilie Toldam Futtrup has won Kravlingprisen for her BA-project Trusting the Eyes of Others that she made in the fall 2024. Trusting the Eyes of Others is an online story about 25-year old Frederikke Bertin, who is diagnosed with schizophrenia. Frederikke Bertin’s story is told with the use of still images, video, texts, drawings and dairy notes.

Emilie Toldam Futtrup, who graduated this January 2025, also won the Ritzau Scanpix Prize for best photojournalistic BA-project with this story.

Kravlingprisen is a prize for all Danish media students and is handed out once a year. There are prizes in four categories: Design, Communication, Journalism and Photography.
