The Shifting Grounds exhibition produced by the Danish fourth term students in the spring 2025 is currently on display at Aarhus Public Library – Dokk1.

Shifting Grounds is a group exhibition and a magazine made by 11 fourth term students during a workshop in the spring 2025, where the students worked on individual stories in images and texts. Back at DMJX, the students designed an exhibition and created an exhibition magazine that was part of Copenhagen Photo Festival 2025. Now, the exhibition and magazine can be seen at Dokk1 till August 6, 2026.
The stories at the exhibition are
Amalie Haun – Manor of the Flower Children
Anders Lindstrøm Berker – No More Highschool
Dicte Sønnichsen – Untamed Lands
Frederik Konggaard – Thirty Kilometres per Hour
Kasper Krupsdahl – Behind the Curtain
Loui Pedersen – Before the River Melts
Peter Maunsbach – Belonging to the Naked Hills
Rebecca Krogh – Beneath the Red Hands
Signe Bech Søholt – What Binds Us
Tobias Nielsen – Stateless
Vikki Søholm – Mum’s Girl

A huge thank you to Aarhuus Stiftstidendes Fond, Politiken Fonden, Sony, All Graphic and KaJ, who have made it possible to make both the exhibition and the magazine.
