DMJX students on World Press Photo tour

Thursday the 23rd September, Photo I and third term students went to Copenhagen together with their teachers to participate in lectures and watch the World Press Photo exhibition at Politiken.

The Danish World Press Photo winner, Mads Nissen gave the first lecture for the DMJX students. During his talk, he showed three different Covid-19 stories, two from Denmark and one from Brazil.

The second lecture of the day was held by DMJX alumne and Canon Ambassadeur Nanna Navntoft. Nanna showed and talked about her long term project “BED” and she also gave the students good advises through showing shorter, daily assignments.

The DMJX students had the oppertunity to visit the World Press Photo exhibition at Politiken before the official opening in the afternoon Thursday 23rd September.
