DMJX students showed their projects at Fotografisk Salon

Six DMJX seventh term students showed and talked about five of their projects at Fotografisk Salon in Aarhus, Monday evening, October 20, 2025. Fotografisk Salon is a mixed group of photographers from Aarhus, who meet once a month for lectures about photography.

Signe Lægsgaard showed and talked about her fourth term project The Water Occupation, that was a part of the DMJX exhibition at Copenhagen Photo Festival 2024.

Cecilie Rolvung talked about her fouth term project Early Adulthood. The project received second prize at The Danish Picture of the Year 2024 in the Danish Reportage Category and was part of the DMJX exhibition at Copenhagen Photo Festival 2024.

August Vinther showed his project A Year After the Ølst Catastrophe, a project that he made in co-operation with journalist Nicolas Adserballe during his internship at Information.

Sigrid Ellesøe Nielsen (left) and Thea Tønnesvang showed and talked about their short video documentary Push Start, made during their third term in 2023. The two students won second prize in the Video Documentary category at the Danish Picture of the Year 2023.
