Earlier we’ve written that four students have been nominated for the Freelens Award at the Lumix Festival Hannover. Now four more students have been nominated in the multimedia categori at the same festival. The four students are among only 21 selected photographers.
– Jonathan Bjerg-Moeller with the story Aila’s Victims from Bangladesh. Jonathan graduated this January 2010 and this story was made during his exchange study in Bangladesh.
– Mathias Christensen with the story Crow Creek Reservation about forgotten native Americans in the US. Mathias is a third term student.
– Anna Wahlgren with the story Them Cowboys about a gay couple in the US. Anna graduated from our Advanced International Class in December 2009 and this story was made during her study at DSMJ.
– Roberto Boccacino with the story Toy Town about the Danish town Billund which is build around the Lego Company and the amusement park Legoland. Roberto graduated from our Advanced International Class in December 2009 and the story was made during his study at DSMJ.
The multimedia productions can be seen at the website for the Lumix Festival. The Festival runs from the 16th to the 20th of June and the winners will be announced on Saturday the 19th of June.
