”Fotogratula” is an award to honor a person or an institution that has worked for the development of photography in Denmark. Among the nominees are the Danish photographers Jan Grarup, Henrik Saxgren, Krass Clement, the people behind the PixelArt organisation in Northern Jutland and many others.
The deadline for nominating for the award is the 20th of September.
The award was launched for the first time in 2014, where Mads Greve and Søren Pagter also were nominated for their mutual work with photojournalistic education.
Fotogratula is handed out every second year. Head of the school Fata Morgana, Morten Bo, received the prize in 2014.
A jury of five people will select this year’s winner.
