Artist residency on nine square meters

In the spring 2014 Terje Abusdal graudated with a project about the forrest Finns – slash and burn farmers, who 400 years ago migrated from Finland to forrest area along the Norwegian and Swedish border.

Ever since his graduation Terje has contunied to work on the story and this May it was exhibited at Agler Kunstsenter in Kristiansand.

Now, the project has resulted in an artist residency in Amsterdam, where Terje can work on the editing and present the work for a series of people.

Terje’s home is placed in the middle of Vondelpark in Amsterdam and the stay lasts four weeks. During the year ten artists will get a residency, which is arranged and sponored by Docking Station.
