Søren Pagter launch the book Poland Journal at talk in Cairo

Thursday, July 2, 2026, DMJX faculty teacher Søren Pagter held a public talk at Photopia in Cairo, where he for the first time presented his dummy book Poland Journal. The talk was made possible by the support of the Embassy of Denmark in Cairo.

Around 50 people attended the talk with Søren Pagter where he talked about the process of making his book Poland Journal – from the selection and digitalization of the negatives to the editing and design process. His aim is to raise money to publish the book in more than the ten dummy copies. Photo: Photopia
