Giulia Mangione‘s book The Happy Show is in the shortlist for the Kassel Dummy Award, which is right now at Istanbul Photobook Festival.

Giulia started her project about the happy Danes as her final Photo Story during Photo I in the spring 2014. Then it was called Danesland and that project can still be seen here at our website. Since then Giulia has revisited Denmark to work on her project.
The selected book dummies will be exhibited in a number of cities, like Dublin, Moscow, Madrid, Lodz, Aarhus, Rome, Sofia and Zagreb.
