DMJX at Delhi Photo Festival

Today, the Delhi Photo Festival opened with the making of a large format group picture of all the participants and a keynote speech by David Campany from University of Westminster in London.

Five DMJX-students’ projects have been selected for the festival and their pictures are all exhibited outside in the beaútiful garden at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts in Delhi.

The five students, who’re exhibiting are:

Claudia Gori – “My name is Camilla and I love my life”

Roger Anis – “Closests full of dreams”

Michael Drost-Hansen – “Rohingya”

Kasper Løftgaard – “Cowboy Life”

Felix von der Osten – “The buffalo that could not dream”

Søren Pagter is participating in the festival and today he was interviewed about the students work for NDTV, the biggest Indian TV news channel.

Saturday and Sunday, Søren Pagter give port folio reviews at the festival.

The same Sunday, he’ll meet with photography students from Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts & Communication. 

Monday, a 30 minutes long film presenting stories by DMJX-students will have it’s premiere at the evening screenings.
