Yesterday night, when many people were watching the European Song Contest, this year’s Kravling Prizes were handed out at an award ceremony at Bremen in Copenhagen. The three Kravling Prizes honour good journalism made by Danish students of journalism.
The three prizes are
– The overall prize given for a story within classical journalism like news, narrative journalism or the like.
– The visual prize given for a story within visual journalism, for instance tv, video or stills.
– The communication prize given for a story within informational or communication stories.

The web-documentary tells the story about the homeless guy Harald who lives in Aarhus.
Paw Gissel and Thomas Emil Sørensen made the story during their web-documentary workshop at DMJX in the fall 2013.
A workshop conducted by Bombay Flying Club.
The two students are currently doing their internships and have previously received a lot of acknowledgements for this story – for example a nomination at the Danish POY.
